Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data accurately in computer systems and databases
  • Maintain records, files, and reports in both digital and physical formats
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Follow data entry standards, procedures, and company policies
  • Perform other administrative or data-related tasks assigned by supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (preferred)
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, data entry software)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks
  • Basic communication skills in Malayalam (English is an advantage)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
  • Freshers with good typing and computer skills may also apply
