Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, chat, or direct interaction
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve service quality
  • Maintain a polite, positive, and professional attitude at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, or similar tools)
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support, call center, or service roles
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
